The Opportunity:
As a Program Finance Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Your leadership will be pivotal in monitoring and reporting performance, analyzing financial data, and conducting in-depth program analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Forecasting and AOP
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and customers to develop robust program plans and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Management and Leadership: Interface with top management, manage budget execution, and craft detailed narratives to justify budget estimates.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on business, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical program planning, contract interpretation, budget development
  • Detailed knowledge of Forecasting and AOP
  • Thorough knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations
  • Skills in Excel managing a daily Spend Plan, updating Estimates to Complete and working in a program office with multi-million-dollar funding actions

Desired:

  • Experience to include integrated program analysis (e.g., horizontal integration), expertise in program specific requirements, budget preparation for complex projects and narrative justification, preparation and presentation and work with various types of Government funding with emphasis on Army

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
