Job Overview

The Program Coordinator/Secretariat Administrator will support the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group for Ukraine (ACA)Secretariat team and the grants management team with project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), impact reporting, finances, and administrative duties. The Program Coordinator/Secretariat Administrator will be responsible for managing information for project coordination and reporting, and will work directly with the staff and stakeholders  involved in carrying out the various responsibilities of the ACA Secretariat. The Program Coordinator/Secretariat Administrator will also provide support to the grant and financial management team.

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • ACA coordination support

  • Expert and information management

  • Monitoring and evaluation support

  • Reporting

  • Grants management and financial support

Work Interactions

The Program Coordinator/Secretariat Administrator will report directly to the Senior Project Manager in their daily role. The work of the Program Coordinator/Secretariat Administrator will directly support and regularly interact with the work of other internal ICJI staff and external ACA stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, or other relevant fields of study and 1-2 years of relevant office experience, and at least 1 year of experience working on a multinational/multiorganizational project such as ACA

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

  • Understanding of the regional context in which the ACA project is working

  • High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information

Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:

$47,586.00 - $87,558.13

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
