The Role

The Facilities team at Zscaler is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator Intern to join us in San Jose, CA as part of our hybrid internship program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Workplace Programs, you will play a key role in managing daily workplace logistics, driving critical operational initiatives to support employees, and enabling senior staff to focus on strategy development. You’ll bring innovative approaches to knowledge-sharing systems and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a highly organized and efficient environment for all stakeholders.

What You'll Do (Role Expectations)

  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations using data to tell impactful stories and guide project outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to foster communication and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing while managing knowledge-based systems or technologies (e.g., intranets or databases) to organize and store critical information like best practices and lessons learned.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience interpreting data to tell compelling stories and guide project direction.
  • Past involvement in change management or workforce-related project initiatives.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$35$55 USD
