What you’ll be doing:

  • Vendor onboarding - Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, including system setup, documentation collection and legal contracts oversight.

  • Procurement and PO management - Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved vendors and track PO lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring timely confirmation, delivery, invoicing, and payment.

  • Regional Partners - Serve as the operational point of contact for EMEA and APAC Professional Services regional partners. Support communication, process alignment, and ongoing operational engagement. Ensure partners follow NVIDIA Professional Services delivery and operational standards, collect information on performance follow up on training and ensure deployment readiness.

  • Deployment RMA Coordination - Manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) for regional deployments, ensuring timely shipment, replacement, and case closure. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records throughout the RMA process. Monitor progress, escalate delays, and ensure smooth handling of faulty units during deployment cycles.

  • Assisting with the Professional Services Team's Information Systems. This role requires using Nvidia operational systems for information searches and updates.

  • Support of local and global operations and deployment teams, as well as 3rd party contractors will be expected in an efficient and out-of-the-box solution provisioning.

What we need to see:

  • Experience working in a technology company.

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) in Operations or Business Management (preferred), or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years experience in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities. Proven experience with vendors or procurement processes

  • Demonstrated experience handling RMAs and a background in logistics and shipping.

  • Basic understanding of legal terms and conditions, including basic negotiation skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (very high level or native-level proficiency).

  • Ability to drive process improvement and introduce creative ideas that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery speed.

  • Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Fast learner, able to work independently, prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Willingness to work early AM or late PM to support global teams when required.
