About the Role
Responsible for personnel management, production management (output and quality) and inventory accounting of materials and products in a single area unit during a shift, and cooperate with supervisors and other indirect units to optimize production lines

What You Will Do
1. Management and deployment of front-line workers: arrange reasonable production lines and manpower according to the production plan, maintain high production morale, communicate and coordinate employee needs, and balance employee overtime within a reasonable range.
2. Production management: arrange work handover, organize pre-production meetings, and reasonably arrange production work arrangements.
3. Abnormality management: record abnormal conditions and handle them in a timely manner and escalate reports if they cannot be handled.
4. Quality and capacity tracking: monitor the capacity and product quality of each line at any time and make reasonable adjustments in time.
5. Report Management : Fill in management reports regularly and ensure the data is accurate.
6. Equipment management: Assist the equipment department to manage the equipment, jigs and tools used in production; provide timely feedback on abnormal issues.
7. Material management: Regularly check the materials and semi-finished products in the area and adjust the accounts in time.
8. Continuous improvement: 5S management and standardization of production lines, assist in participating in CI Tag and Kaizen projects.
9. Project tracking: For PV products, track the results in real time and complete the PV report. Review the problem points regularly every day.
What You Need
1. Education requirements: senior high school/vocational certificate/high vocational certificate or equivalent
2. Have 3 years or more working experience in electronics factory, preferably with Manual soldering / Assembly process and Final inspection which related to production management experiences.
3. Good at leadership skill and able to give a guideline and basic problem solving to team member.
4. Proficient in using Excel and other related office software
5. Be able to read and understand the work instructions under the guidance of WI and fill in relevant reports and records
6. Have good coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and be meticulous and patient in work
7. Have strong discipline and be able to cooperate with the leadership's work arrangements, including overtime and shift work on the production line
8. Hold a multi-skill position with multi-process and work proactively
9. Good at communication skill, presentation skill and deploy training skill to operator in team.
What is Nice to Have
1. Experience as a production team leader in an automotive electronics factory is preferable
2. Experience as a production trainer, technical trainer is preferable
3. Strong execution capabilities
4. Knowledge of SAP, ESD, 5S system management is preferable
5. Manual soldering skill, Rework PCBA skill or IPC-7711/21 Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies is preferable
