Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday Thru Friday)

Education: High School Diploma (Minimum)
Background: Candidates must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test (No Exceptions)
Experience: Candidates MUST have at least 1 year in a Manufacturing environment, with Mixing Chemicals as a primary job duty. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
SUMMARY: Manufacturing of products per assigned batch cards, according to established procedures and standards, in a safe and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned, Manufacturing products according to batch card instructions, Proper completion of batch cards, Correctly recording raw material usage, Operation of powered lift truck and pallet jack, Reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English, Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout department and warehouse, Maintain equipment in a clean condition, Properly fill and label drum orders, Bulk fill selected products, Obtaining QC samples and retains, Properly segregate hazardous waste, Serve on HS&E and quality improvement teams as requested, and Perform other duties as requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be very safety aware. Must be accurate with good attention to detail.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license. Will train on forklift operation if needed and then issue a Transtar forklift license.
