Your role here

In your role of a Production Supervisor, you will lead warehouse production team members during assigned shifts. This role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with other supervisors to ensure efficient operations, optimal equipment performance, and achievement of productivity goals. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment while driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Your experience and background

  • Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.

  • Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.

  • Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.

  • Lead production team in alignment with company vision, values, and goals

  • Enforce all safety policies, GMP/HACCP standards, and PPE requirements

  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to maintain SOPs and training documentation

  • Conduct regular employee check-ins, performance reviews, and development conversations

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

  • Address performance issues, set expectations, and support employee growth and accountability

  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs to monitor performance and identify gaps

  • Oversee employee training and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operations

  • Partner with management on scheduling, staffing, and production planning based on forecasts

  • Support quality assurance processes, reporting systems, and daily facility operations
