Agropur is looking for a night shift production supervisor to join its team in Beauceville. The night shift production supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations in the production department.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Night Shift Production Supervisor is in charge of managing plant operations, leading the work team during their shift, and ensuring solutions are found to various issues in order to meet Agropur’s objectives and standards. The work schedule is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

Salary range 004: $73,000 to $91,200(Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)

Overseeing the plant’s operational performance, including developing and deploying performance indicators and continuous improvement philosophy.
Coordinating manufacturing processes, product packaging, and workforce assignments.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GFSI), health and safety, and environmental regulations.
Engaging, developing, and training the team, and empowering employees.
Leading performance meetings with work teams.
Initiating problem-solving processes with teams.
Managing based on a business partnership approach with all site collaborators.
Participating in plant committees and implementing operational excellence programs.
Ensuring the collective agreement is applied.
The type of team player who fits with the team:
College or university diploma in a relevant field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a unionized environment.
Strong computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
