Job Description Summary:

A dependable and capable professional with proven experience operating effectively under minimal supervision. Demonstrates strong foundational skills in verbal communication, task coordination, and policy interpretation. Adept at supporting operational efficiency through the application of safe working practices, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance. Contributes to team growth and organizational objectives by assisting in planning, reporting, and fostering a culture of continuous development and quality performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Production Operators across manufacturing, packaging, and consigning to achieve production targets on the assigned shift

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing all applicable regulations and company EHSQ and quality policies

  • Train and certify operators to ensure they can perform required tasks

  • Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs and minimize operational disruptions

  • Communicate effectively with Relief Supervisor, Production Manager, and Plant Manager on operations and issues

  • Ensure availability of raw materials so production runs according to schedule

  • Follow procedures supporting site certifications (ISO 9001, EFfCI GMP, Halal, etc.) while maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry) preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 2–5 years of manufacturing experience in a technical or supervisory role, or 10+ years as a chemical operator

  • Proven leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills, with ability to lead emergency response situations

  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts

  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications including DeltaV, SAP, Word, and Excel
