This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineering professional to step into a leadership position, where you will drive efficiency, mentor a dedicated team of operators, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact our operational success. If you are passionate about leading people and optimizing production processes in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, this is your chance to make a significant contribution to Allegro's commitment to excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Line Operations: Plan, organize, control, and direct all line operations from the test floor to finishing, ensuring alignment with demand profiles released by production planners and the SCPL group.

  • Manage Manpower & Resources: Strategically plan and distribute manpower to maximize the utilization of production resources, ensuring you meet all demand requirements and cycle time targets.

  • Drive Performance & Efficiency: Continuously monitor and review machine output performance and Units Per Hour (UPH) against established standards, with the goal of sustaining and improving them to meet current demands and expectations.

  • Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions: Initiate and implement robust preventive and corrective actions to contain, correct, and prevent line problems arising from machine, process, or human errors.

  • Develop & Train Your Team: Handle and coordinate the qualification and certification of operators for their assigned stations. Train and develop your team members to bring out their best, making them more effective and efficient in their roles.

  • Foster Communication & Engagement: Conduct daily handshake meetings with operators to discuss line issues, improvements, and other concerns. Inspire and motivate your team to comply with all company rules and regulations.

  • Manage Team Performance: Regularly review the performance of your operators and recommend status changes as appropriate, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Maintain Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily production reports and other reports as requested, ensuring clear and accurate communication of line performance.

  • Champion Quality & Safety: Actively support and sustain Safety, ESD, and 5S programs initiated by our Plant Facilities, EHS, and Quality Management Engineering teams.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Be a catalyst for change by initiating new systems, services, and process modifications necessary for continuous line improvement.

What Will You Bring?

  • A B.S. Engineering degree.
