Job Description:

The Teltow site develops and manufactures electronic components, such as Monolithic Crystal Filters (MCF). Most of the products are customer specific. We are internationally active in the fields of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defence, and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager MCF Production you will be part of the manufacturing team as production specialist, you will work in assembly processing.

This position will enable you to assemble, adjust and final test monolithic crystal filters.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

  • Work with different solder processes (iron, hot air, reflow)
  • Precise handling of ESD components by using tweezers & microscopes
  • Read and understand circuit diagrams
  • Trimming & measuring of crystal filters
  • Independent execution of maintenance work
  • Collaboration with the team
  • Transfer jobs within the ERP system

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a technical profession such as Microtechnology, Electronics, Physics or Precise Mechanics
  • Experience with soldering processes
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing
  • Some experience in software handling (Ability to load test software and to use production planning system)

  • Good German language skills are required
