The Opportunity

Join a high‑impact team helping power a more sustainable, connected future. As a Production Scheduler for Breakers & Modules, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that critical components move through the manufacturing process efficiently, accurately, and on time. You’ll transform forecasting data into actionable production plans, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and drive operational excellence through precision scheduling and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support customer satisfaction, production flow, and overall business performance.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop, update, and optimize production schedules for breakers and modules.

  • Monitor production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align plans.

  • Analyze forecasts and historical data to improve planning accuracy.

  • Maintain production orders, WIP status, and inventory records in ERP systems.

  • Identify and drive process improvements in scheduling workflows.

  • Prepare reports on schedule adherence, capacity use, and key metrics.

  • Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and supply chain initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing.

  • Strong ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards preferred).

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
