Your Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions is currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations and drive continuous improvement across our facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing day-to-day operations across one or more production departments. You will lead a team of supervisors and operators while helping ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement remain top priorities across the operation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to production teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Partner with supervisors to manage scheduling, staffing, and performance
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
  • Identify and remove barriers to performance across departments
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on development
  • Partner with other departments including Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and HR to ensure alignment
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for new and existing team members
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, workflow, and production reporting systems
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Print industry or graphics production experience
  • Experience leading continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting employee development and performance management
