How you’ll make an impact
Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Coordinate people, equipment, and processes to meet production demand
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑reduction efforts
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to optimize production plans
Ensure production schedules and maintenance activities minimize disruptions
Develop, coach, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
Set clear goals and monitor performance for direct and indirect team members
Support customer visits by presenting manufacturing capabilities when needed
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Ensures compliance with Company and Factory health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring and reporting progress.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations
Experience leading teams in an operational environment
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
