The Opportunity

Step into a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape the daily operations of our Components Assembly team and directly influence how Hitachi Energy delivers on its mission of advancing a sustainable energy future. As a Production Manager, you’ll guide a diverse workforce, optimize manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement across processes, equipment, and workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE and 5S standards.

  • Develop capacity plans and align production execution with business strategy.

  • Lead daily production operations and adjust schedules to meet customer demand.

  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive corrective actions.

  • Manage production budgets and implement cost‑control measures.

  • Allocate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize output.

  • Strengthen quality and compliance across products and processes.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean methodologies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience; SAP ERP experience required.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and quality systems.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.

  • Skilled in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.

  • Strong communication skills; MS Office and Power BI experience is a plus.
