The Opportunity
Step into a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape the daily operations of our Components Assembly team and directly influence how Hitachi Energy delivers on its mission of advancing a sustainable energy future. As a Production Manager, you’ll guide a diverse workforce, optimize manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement across processes, equipment, and workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE and 5S standards.
Develop capacity plans and align production execution with business strategy.
Lead daily production operations and adjust schedules to meet customer demand.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive corrective actions.
Manage production budgets and implement cost‑control measures.
Allocate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize output.
Strengthen quality and compliance across products and processes.
Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean methodologies.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of manufacturing experience; SAP ERP experience required.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and quality systems.
Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.
Skilled in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
Strong communication skills; MS Office and Power BI experience is a plus.
