How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop, implement, and enhance HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
Manage and deliver HSE training to foster a strong safety culture.
Oversee required reports, permits, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.
Perform internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
Partner across departments to integrate HSE priorities into daily operations.
Stay current on HSE legislation, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Professional certification (NEBOSH, CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Proven ability to develop and implement HSE management systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
