• Je optimaliseert chemische processen en werkt actief mee aan continue verbetering.
• Je neemt de lead in projecten rond duurzaamheid, digitalisatie, veiligheid, kwaliteit, opleiding en logistiek.
• Je groeit op termijn door naar een managementfunctie binnen de site.
   

Jouw profiel

• Je beschikt over een diploma Burgerlijk Ingenieur Chemie of een doctoraat in de chemie.
• Je hebt een sterke interesse in procestechniek, ESHQ en energiebeheer.
• Je communiceert vlot, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je projecten.
• Je werkt graag in team
