Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Maintain and update production plans, work orders, and progress reports.
• Communicate with internal suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in resource allocation and monitor inventory levels.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Daily monitoring man efficiency as per agreed norms.
• Monitoring and maintain shop floor discipline, safety and compliances as per company guidelines.
• Liaise between production, quality control, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Experience and required competencies:

• Planning, Programming and Production Control Techniques.
• Knowledge of “key” process indicators (Productivity, Quality and Safety).
• People management.
• Concepts and application of methods related to Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge and application of Problem-Solving Methodologies
• Experience in Production Management routines.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14000 standards.
• Written Communication,
• Verbal Communication.
• Analytical Aptitude
• Numerical Aptitude.
• Intermediary English

Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ B.E – Mechanical Engineering
