About The Opportunity
This position is responsible for greeting customers and visitors with a positive, professional, and customer focused demeanor while working independently to provide a high level of administrative support across departments. This position will be responsible for the movement of raw materials, product components, finished goods and other items as designated.• Maintains confidentiality and exercised discretion in handling sensitive information
• Screens mail as required, responds to information requests, provides necessary follow-up and/or forwards to appropriate party
• Serves as receptionist as required, including administering visitor registration and safety protocols as applicable and directs phone calls
• Schedules and coordinates meetings on site
• Orders supplies and food for meetings and day to day activities
• Files paperwork in employee files
• Other duties as assigned
• This position requires proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Previous administrative experience is preferred
• Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations
• Ensure that material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form, and function
• Stage and conduct production job accurately complete the paperwork, and supply the presses with correct materials
• Investigate inventory inaccuracies
• Complete a Forklift Operators Checklist prior to operating equipment and immediately report any unsafe conditions that exist
