What You’ll Do:

IMG Studios are looking for a Production Assistant to work on our EFL programming, initially on an 10-month fixed-term contract. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to be part of our busy and vibrant EFL production team consisting of Production Managers, Producers, AP’s and Coordinators, plus a wide team of freelancers.

IMG x EFL Partnership: IMG are excited to take the EFL viewing experience to the next level for fans domestically and around the world, with upscaled production, enhanced coverage and continued innovation. Our team are already underway producing 1891 EFL matches this season for SKY Sports channels and SKY Sports streaming destinations in the UK, and for international rights holders worldwide. This is an exciting challenge representing a new era for EFL.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Administrative Support - Production

  • Support and assist Editorial & Production Management Teams in all aspects of administration within the EFL Department.

  • Responsible for putting together, checking, and publishing production call sheets for EFL productions

  • Assist with general production administration, including organising travel and accommodation, booking freelancers, processing invoices etc;

  • Be a key point of contact for any general production enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers

  • Raise purchase orders, invoice and timesheet processing, and cost-tracking.

  • Obtain quotes for upcoming production requirements (including crew, kit, travel, transport and accommodation etc.)

  • Capture data related to sustainable TV production (The Albert Certification process)

General Administrative Support

  • General administration duties and support as required

  • Responsible for organising, taking minutes and organising catering for various meetings;

  • Key admin support to Production Managers

  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers)

  • Calm and professional manner when working under pressure

  • Outstanding organisational skills (i.e. ability to prioritise workload efficiently)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated administration experience

  • Previous experience in a production environment

  • Knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, booking freelancers

  • Experience of music cue sheets and post production paperwork

Working Conditions

  • The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

  • This is fixed term contract till July 2026.

  • Working hours are 9-5 pm with occasional work outside of working hours where necessary for the business.

  • May be required to attend (and travel to) location

  • Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the production schedule
