Job Description

Summary

The Product Success Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Product Success function supporting both the Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (RF CUAS) portfolios. Product Success sits at the center of the AV sales cycle — touching every stage from market research and demonstrations through onboarding, operator support, renewals, and upsell. This Coordinator role drives the logistics, tracking, documentation, and coordination work that allows senior Product Success personnel, Engineering, and Business Development to focus on strategy, customer relationships, and technical delivery. This is a high-visibility, high-cadence role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing many moving parts simultaneously: tracking loaned and fielded systems, coordinating event logistics, scheduling training, managing renewal pipelines, maintaining product documentation, and ensuring nothing slips between the seams across a global customer base.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics for trade shows, demonstrations, and customer engagements (e.g., SOF Week, AUSA, Modern Day Marine), including shipping, lodging coordination, badge requests, and on-site asset accountability.
  • Schedule and coordinate operator training events (in-person and remote) per the terms of each Purchase Order, including instructor assignment, travel, materials, and customer logistics.
  • Coordinate quality-control field testing and pre-shipment checks; ensure products, accessories, and documentation arrive complete and on time at the customer site.
  • Maintain and distribute current versions of product guides, FAQs, and operator reference materials across both EW and RF CUAS product lines.
  • Own the troubleshooting knowledge base — log new issues, document AV resolutions, and ensure Level 1 support has up-to-date reference material.
  • Coordinate software update rollouts: track which units are due, prepare smart cards, schedule operator outreach, and document completion.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for operators in the field; escalate to engineers, BD, or Field Service Representatives (FSRs) as appropriate.
  • Manage the renewals pipeline; issue 6-month, 3-month, and 30-day notifications for warranty and software renewals to BD Client Leads and customers.
  • Manage training-renewal requests and timelines per each contract's terms of agreement.
  • Process and track replacement-part requests and FSR support tasking via a sync matrix.
  • Administer post-deployment customer feedback surveys; consolidate findings and route to BD and Engineering.
  • Retain After-Action Reports (AARs), Lessons Learned, and customer success stories in an organized internal repository to support upsell, references, and future BD pursuits.
  • Partner with AV Event Coordinators and MARCOM to keep marketing collateral, capability briefs, and demo kits templated, version-controlled, and ready for rapid customization.
  • Compile daily roundups, demo overviews, and post-event after-action reports for Senior Director and BD leadership.
  • Track active RFIs, demand signals, and competitive intelligence in a centralized log; surface trends to Product Success leadership.
  • Act as connective tissue between Engineering, Business Development, MARCOM, Logistics, and end-users — ensuring information flows in both directions.
  • Maintain dashboards and weekly status reports for the Senior Director, Product Success, covering asset visibility, renewals, training delivery, and open issues.
  • Continuously improve the Product Success operating loop by identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing approved changes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field — OR equivalent military / defense-industry experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, program support, logistics, or customer success — ideally in a defense, aerospace, or advanced-technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping details.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfort learning CRM, ERP, and asset-tracking platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear status reports, customer-facing emails, and internal briefings.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–35% domestically (occasional international), including support at trade shows, demonstrations, and customer training events.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)

  • Active U.S. SECRET (or higher) security clearance.
  • Prior military experience, particularly as an operator or technician in EW, SIGINT, CUAS, EOD, or related communities.
  • Familiarity with EW and/or counter-UAS systems, RF principles, or tactical communications equipment.
  • Experience supporting DoD trade shows, customer demonstrations, or government evaluation events.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or comparable CRM/ERP/ITSM tools.
  • Experience coordinating Field Service Representative (FSR) tasking and replacement-part logistics.

Physical Demands

  • Office environment with periodic field-site, range, and trade-show work.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment cases up to 50 lbs during demonstrations and event setup/teardown.
  • Standing, walking, and operating outdoors during demonstrations in varied weather conditions.
  • Occasional extended hours and weekend work surrounding major events, training, or customer-driven deadlines.

Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
