The types of things you’ll do
Design & Research is a broad area with an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you’ll be working on:
Gain hands-on experience by shadowing Design & Research Product, and Engineering teams throughout the Product Design & Research and development process.
Create key user flows and sketch wireframes to translate concepts into interactive designs, using tools like Figma, FigJam and Adobe XD.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through user feedback, research, and design iterations.
Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research findings using mixed-methods approaches to uncover actionable insights. Translate research into strategic actions and comprehensive deliverables including personas, journey maps, usability reports, and insight summaries that inform product decisions and drive user-centered design
Actively foster a customer-obsessed product design and research culture by sharing research insights, synthesizing cross-functional learnings, and advocating for user-centered design principles. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the product design and research practice by introducing innovative methods, elevating standards, and ensuring alignment with cutting-edge industry best practices
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
Majoring in HCI, Marketing, UI/UX, Computer Science or a related field.
Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
