Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of pricing strategies, models, and packaging options that align with the head of product’s vision and organizational goals.
Partner with product managers and product architects to ensure pricing decisions reflect product capabilities, customer value, and competitive positioning.
Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform pricing recommendations and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Build and maintain pricing frameworks, guardrails, and evaluation criteria that guide product teams in making consistent, data‑driven decisions.
Collaborate with finance to model revenue impacts, forecast pricing scenarios, and evaluate monetization performance.
Work with go‑to‑market teams to ensure pricing and packaging are clearly communicated, operationally feasible, and aligned with sales motions.
Develop and refine discounting strategies, promotional structures, and deal‑support guidelines.
Partner with customer success and support teams to understand customer behavior, adoption patterns, and friction points related to pricing.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor pricing effectiveness, customer uptake, and revenue performance.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment on pricing decisions, ensuring transparency, clarity, and shared understanding across teams.
Drive continuous improvement by testing pricing hypotheses, running experiments, and iterating based on insights.
Analyze client engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support onboarding, adoption, and retention efforts within Intelligent Workplace and Offering Success
Drive development through partnership of a Renewal Readiness and Innovation Agenda approach
Drive requirements and development of Intelligent Workplace consumption-reporting
Leverage internal data, dashboards, and tooling to synthesize findings relevant for Intelligent Workplace
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance value propositions and competitive positioning
Support leader preparation and/or drive collaborative sessions for deal support/ sales support as product team representation
Qualifications
Extensive experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product management, or a related analytical role.
Strong understanding and experience of SaaS or product‑based pricing models, including tiering, usage‑based pricing, bundling, and value‑based approaches.
Proven ability to partner with senior product leaders and influence decisions across complex organizations.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience building financial models and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, especially when explaining pricing rationale to diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with finance, product, sales, and marketing teams.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast‑moving environments.
Ability to balance customer value, business goals, and operational realities in pricing decisions.
