Product Owner – Power Studio

Summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Product Owner to join the Power Studio team. As a Product Owner, you will translate complex power design challenges into intuitive workflows and high-value engineering tools. You will own feature definition, prioritize the product backlog, and guide cross-functional engineering, UX, and modeling teams to deliver accurate, intuitive, and impactful experiences for power system designers. Your decisions will directly influence how engineers worldwide architect and validate modern power systems.

About the Team

Power Studio provides engineers with modern tools for power system architecture and IC-level design and simulation. Power Studio Planner supports multi-rail power tree design, while Power Studio Designer enables detailed supply design, modeling, simulation, and validation. Together, these tools help engineers move from concept to implementation with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Market Insight

  • Gather insights from customers, FAEs, and product line teams to understand real-world power design challenges
  • Identify high-value opportunities for workflow improvements and new capabilities

Product Definition & Requirements

  • Translate needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure UX and interactions are both intuitive and technically accurate
  • Document requirements in a structured, scalable manner for engineering teams

Execution & Delivery

  • Break features into actionable work for software developers and modeling engineers
  • Validate completed features through testing, customer feedback, and iteration
  • Make prioritization decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term strategy

Cross-Product Consistency

  • Maintain workflow consistency between Planner, Designer, and shared Power Studio components
  • Ensure alignment on data models, usability patterns, and integration flows
  • Support adoption through documentation, training materials, and internal stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Hands-on experience in power electronics or board-level power design
  • Familiarity with simulation workflows and engineering validation processes
  • Exposure to agile software development practices
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured requirements

Soft Skills

  • Strong system-level thinking and ability to move between detailed and high-level perspectives
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer empathy and ability to translate engineering pain points into software requirements
  • Bias toward action with strong execution and follow-through
