As a Billing Operations Manager, you will lead and develop our Billing Operations team with the goal of optimising end-to-end billing processes across multiple product lines. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence by defining and owning team goals, improving procedures, and strengthening alignment between local markets, HQ, and product teams. This role is central to reducing operational costs, improving customer experience, and scaling Bolt’s billing capabilities as we grow.
