Product Operations Manager - Analytics and Promotions

Overview-We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Program Manager to support our data analytics and promotions. The role requires strong operational discipline, accuracy, and comfort working with large datasets. You will manage loyalty data analytics and promotions coordination and reporting
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is advanced in Excel, and thrives in a reporting heavy environment. Structure, precision, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency are critical.

As an analytics manager, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to client engagements across the regions and types of projects, such as consulting services, test & learn, value story and impact analysis, or building scalable advanced analytics solutions for Loyalty Product clients.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a data-driven consulting/analytics organization
• Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big data / Hadoop (Pyspark / ScalaSpark / SparkR), HQL, Hive, R
• Strong Expertise on one or more data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Experience with campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development, machine learning models for segmentation, forecasting, regression etc preferred
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges
• Exposure specifically in payments / retail banking / eCommerce / BFSI merchants / Loyalty / Marketing preferred
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of which they are applying for a position in, as well as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
