What the Role Entails
●Support the operations of our overseas Ad Network by developing monetization strategies, delivering industry solutions, and partnering with the business team to expand advertiser adoption and drive revenue growth.
●Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate market feedback into product improvements and operational strategies.
●Conduct market and performance analysis on advertising campaigns to identify optimization opportunities, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making for advertiser success.
●Assist in the rollout and iteration of advertising products and systems, monitor performance metrics, and support the continuous optimization of operational workflows and client service efficiency.
Who We Look For
●Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Data Science, or other quantitative-related fields, with an expected graduation in 2027.
●Proficient in SQL, Excel-based modeling, and data visualization tools.
●Passionate about global advertising monetization and the digital advertising ecosystem.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
●Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity.
●Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills.
●Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international teams and HQ stakeholders.
