Overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. The program that begins July 1st and concludes September 30th. The Product Operations Intern will work closely with the Product Operations team.

The Product Operations department at Precisely focuses on improving efficiency and operational excellence across Product, R&D, and crossfunctional teams. As an intern, you will gather, structure, and analyze data from systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira to identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements. You will collaborate closely with the global Product Management team to collect feedback, validate insights, and support datadriven recommendations. The role also requires clear communication and the ability to present findings and improvement proposals to stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Support our Product Operations initiatives by reviewing product configurations, pricing logic, and data consistency in Salesforce CPQ, helping us identify gaps and improvement opportunities.  
  • Collaborate on a project related to royalty obligations, helping review product and SKU data to support accurate tracking and reporting.  
  • Present your analysis, insights, and proposed improvements to us and other stakeholders in a clear and structured way, building strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Gather and structure data from systems such as Salesforce, Excel, and internal documentation. 
  • Work closely with Product Operations, Product Management, and Finance stakeholders, collecting feedback and clarifying requirements as part of crossfunctional projects.  
  • Document findings, processes, and recommendations so they can be reused by us and future team members

What we are looking for:

  • Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level; a Business English Certificate is a strong plus). 
  • An ambitious, wellorganized, and committed mindset, with the ability to take ownership of work and deliver consistently. 
  • Strong analytical foundations, with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and support datadriven decisions. 
  • Confidence and clarity in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong skills in remote collaboration tools such as MS Outlook and MS Teams. 
  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira are a strong plus. 
  • Strong academic performance, with good grades from a top or wellrecognized university considered a plus.
