About the Role

The Product Manager II will typically own one or more product features and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones.

Alpharetta hybrid (3x week) preferred, may consider remote workers with the right experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Interacts with customers, anticipates needs, tracks market changes, and aligns decisions to maintain satisfaction and product viability.
  • Data‑Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Gathers and analyzes data to make trade-offs, validate hypotheses, resolve issues, and generate insight-driven ideas.
  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Supports go‑to‑market execution by communicating requirements, coordinating launches, enabling sales, and outlining key milestones.
  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Delivers features that meet business goals, participates in discovery, manages lifecycle components, and applies SDLC processes.
  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Defines product vision, uses competitive analysis, budgets operating costs, and develops business cases for strategic direction.
  • Technical Skills: Applies strong technical proficiency, architectural understanding, and high-level technical reasoning to prioritize and support functionality.
  • Practices Self‑Development: Seeks feedback, understands strengths and weaknesses, and continually takes action to grow capabilities.
  • Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Collects information, analyzes problems effectively, and independently resolves daily challenges.

Requirements

  • Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 4+
  • Recognized as full owner of a product or multiple features, ideal domain knowledge in Healthcare or Identity Verification products
  • Identified, led and released changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact.
  • Demonstration of thorough product development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product plans.
  • Successful participation in customer engagements.
  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or business subject is preferred, but not essential.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
