Astera Labs is seeking a Product Marketing New College Graduate to join our dynamic marketing team in San Jose. As connectivity becomes the critical enabler of rack-scale AI infrastructure, you'll gain hands-on experience translating complex technical innovations into compelling market narratives that resonate with hyperscalers, cloud builders, and enterprise customers worldwide.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced product marketing managers and cross-functional teams spanning engineering, sales, and corporate marketing. You'll contribute to real product launches, customer-facing content, and competitive positioning for Astera's industry-leading portfolio of PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet connectivity solutions. Salary range is $140,000 to $155,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
