About the role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Team Lead to join our team. This role will develop go-to-market strategies, lead launch execution, and create product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target personas. You will work on key strategic bets for the business that require strong stakeholder leadership.
As a Team Lead, you will manage one Associate PMM while owning your own strategic launches. You will operate with high autonomy, making day-to-day GTM decisions within an agreed strategy and scope. You will develop your direct report through clear expectations, deliverable reviews, and consistent feedback that raises execution quality.
This role reports to the Senior Group Product Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning and messaging based on customer insights, market research, and deep understanding of product value and differentiation.
- Define and maintain ICPs, user personas, and buyer personas using customer data, product signals, and customer interviews.
- Build and execute GTM strategies for critical cross-functional launches, owning end-to-end execution including plans, timelines, dependencies, risk management, readiness, and post-launch optimization.
- Partner across Product, Growth, Creative, and Customer Success to align stakeholders, drive launch readiness, and unblock execution.
- Own launch measurement: define success metrics, monitor performance, capture insights, and iterate to improve results.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the product and end user and act as a go-to expert for assigned product areas.
- Manage and develop an Associate PMM (1 direct report) through goal setting, regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development, while maintaining a high quality bar for deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Proven ability to build and execute GTM plans end-to-end, including complex cross-functional launches.
- Strong positioning and messaging skills with excellent writing and editorial judgment.
- Strong internal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and share clear updates with stakeholders.
- Data-informed marketer: able to define success metrics, interpret performance, and iterate post-launch.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with lifecycle channels and tools (email and in-app messaging such as Braze, Beamer, Appcues, or similar).
- Strong project management and stakeholder leadership, comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal oversight.
- Working knowledge of selling on Amazon preferred (TikTok Shop and Walmart a plus).
- 1+ years people management experience (or demonstrated experience leading and developing junior marketers in a formal capacity).

The annual base salary range for this position is $100k-$115k CAD ($105k-125k USD). The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Helium10’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
