At Salesforce, our Product Marketers craft sharp product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.
We are looking for a creative, motivated and AI-forward product marketer to drive and deliver innovative product marketing to support the MuleSoft product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to create messaging, positioning, content, and enablement for our latest agentic AI product capabilities.
Responsibilities & Impact
Own and deliver end-to-end launches for key MuleSoft AI product releases including positioning, naming, pricing, launch plans, and sales enablement.
Develop crisp internal and external assets, including solution briefs, demo scripts, battle cards, pitch decks, ROI frameworks, and customer-facing FAQs.
Translate our marketing initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
Incorporate competitive insights that arm sellers against direct and indirect competitors.
Operationalize our internal marketing communications to inspire and educate sellers.
Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Alliances, Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success
Be involved in preparing and briefing industry analysts on MuleSoft's AI vision and differentiation.
Required Skills:
3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution engineering or a technically-literate role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging
Drive hands-on tactical execution
Pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in AI tools, frameworks and concepts, especially as it relates to the categories of integration and automation
Experience working with Salesforce and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
Eager and passionate to learn and apply evolving AI tools in product marketing deliverables
A natural collaborator
Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually.
