Level I

  • Estimated annual base pay:  $99,000(minimum) - $129,000(midpoint) – $158,000(maximum)

Level II

  • Estimated annual base pay:  $114,000(minimum) - $148,000(midpoint) – $182,000(maximum)

 Level I

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Gathers and analyzes data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and assess new business opportunities.
  • Develop proposals for new program opportunities at the component level. Application of existing technology.
  • Coordinate Product Launches: Assists in planning and executing component and standard product launch activities to ensure timely and successful market introduction.
  • Product Positioning: Aids in the identification and implementation of component technology demonstrations and customer trade studies.
  • Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Works with sales, product, and design teams to ensure the submission of timely, competitive proposals and alignment with business goals.

  • Market Research: Proficient in conducting and analyzing market research to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Product Positioning: Skilled in defining and communicating product positioning to target audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Capable of interpreting sales and marketing data to drive informed decisionmaking.

  • Product Launch Planning: Experienced in planning and executing product launches, including gotomarket strategies.

  • Customer Insights: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.

Level II

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research Analysis: Conducts indepth market research to identify customer product/technology needs, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Product Positioning Development: Develops and refines product positioning and messaging to effectively differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
  • Campaign Strategy Implementation: Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer recognition of differentiated value propositions and enhance market presence.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partners with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies that win results.
  • Develop proposals for new program opportunities at the product level. Application of existing technology or new technology development.

  • Market Research: Expertise in conducting and analyzing market research to inform product positioning and strategy.

Other Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency in the design, development, and control of energy control technologies, preferably on aircraft systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans to achieve long-term business goals.
  • A passion for innovation, excellence, and contributing to the advancement of aerospace technology.
