We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a multifaceted role that combines managing your own OEM Product distribution business with hands-on project management, requiring a talent for cross-departmental collaboration and strong communication capabilities.
What the job is …
As Product Manager, you will own the overall business performance of your product lines. You’ll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle—from creating the go-to-market strategy to ensuring successful operational performance together with skilled colleagues.
Beyond the product management ownership, you will also support the product management leadership team on cross-functional projects, transforming data and strategy into compelling narratives and driving organizational initiatives.
In short you will be both the owner of your own business and leading key projects across the product management team with an expected 50/50 split between the two areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Commercial growth: Driving sales revenue and achieving margin targets on assigned product lines.
Relationship management: Developing and sustaining strong relationships with external OEM business partners to ensure long-term partnership success.
Operational Excellence: Orchestrate internal collaboration across supply chain and commercial teams for assigned product lines.
Project management: Leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects
Strategic Communication: Creating high-impact presentations and business cases for internal and external reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights.
This position is based in Copenhagen, candidates must either reside locally or be open to relocation. You should expect up to 30 travel days a year.
The profile we are looking for …
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business combined with 2+ years of B2B experience in a similar role (Sales, Product/Program Management, or Supply Chain). You are not just a "product owner"—you are an organized “business owner” who comfortably switches between strategic and operational tasks.
Your skill set:
Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically within a global organization.
Presentation Mastery: An expert at building professional, visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that tell a clear story to senior management based on your interpretation of facts and data.
Project Management Savvy: Experience in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across different functions (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain).
Tech-Fluent: Proficient with BI tools and advanced use of presenting insights and data. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Collaborative Mindset: A diplomatic, "out-of-silo" thinker who can build successful relationships across functions and juggle multiple priorities based on data-driven facts.
Financial Literacy: Comfortable leading and participating in forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes.
