The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and profitability of the Video Conferencing and Display Solutions portfolio within the Maverick division at TD SYNNEX.
Maverick is a specialized business unit focused on AV/IT convergence, delivering end-to-end solutions across video collaboration, digital signage, professional displays, and workplace technologies. The role combines product ownership, vendor management, and go-to-market execution to ensure sustainable growth and strong market positioning.
Own and drive the assigned product portfolio strategy, including vendor selection, positioning, and lifecycle management
Define and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and vendor teams
Grow profitable revenue and market share in alignment with the Business Unit strategy
Act as the key point of contact for vendors, building strong partnerships and driving joint business plans
Identify and onboard new vendors and solutions to expand and strengthen the portfolio
Support and enable sales teams with product knowledge, solution positioning, and commercial guidance
Drive solution-based selling, including video conferencing, collaboration tools, and display technologies
Collaborate on key opportunities, tenders, and large deals where product expertise is required
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategy and identify growth opportunities
Ensure optimal pricing, margins, and overall portfolio profitability
Work closely with marketing on campaigns, launches, and demand generation activities
Engage with key customers and partners to support business development and strengthen relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and vendor teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
University degree in business or related field is an advantage
Experience in vendor or product management is a plus
