About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to drive AI-enabled trading capabilities across OTC, FX, liquidity management, and external financial integrations. Embedded within the Trading Desk domain, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Business, and external partners to build scalable, reliable financial infrastructure. This mid-level individual contributor role offers strong ownership over features and execution, ideal for someone analytically sharp, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.
What You Will Do
- Own and shape trading product capabilities across OTC workflows, FX pricing, liquidity sourcing, and execution systems.
- Turn complex business and AI-driven needs into action by translating requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Build intelligent, scalable solutions by partnering with engineering and data teams on AI-assisted trading features.
- Drive execution and impact by managing product priorities in line with trading strategy and operational goals.
- Enhance risk and exposure monitoring by identifying automation and AI opportunities to improve speed and accuracy.
- Champion data-driven performance by analyzing metrics to improve trading efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
- Enable seamless integrations by collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as banks, liquidity providers, and custodians.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in fintech, payments, trading, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers, flows, and edge cases.
- Experience in independently drafting PRDs and managing product delivery with minimal supervision.
- Experience working on data-driven or AI-assisted product features (e.g. automation, recommendations, anomaly detection).
- Basic trading knowledge is required — e.g. personal trading experience or hands-on exposure to trading products.
- Experience or exposure to payments, digital assets, trading, or treasury operations (reserve management, funding, rebalancing, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial partners (banks, liquidity providers, custodians) is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
