Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Ownership
Lead Long-Range Planning (LRP) and annual AOP development for assigned solid tumor portfolio
Define clear brand strategy, patient journey, and value proposition aligned with market dynamics and organizational goals
Translate strategy into actionable and measurable plans with strong execution rigor
2. Cross-functional Leadership
Act as the central driver across cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance)
Ensure early alignment and continuous communication to drive effective decision-making and execution
Proactively identify risks and drive solutions across stakeholders
3. KOL Engagement & Medical Collaboration
Develop and execute KOL engagement strategy to strengthen scientific positioning and market adoption
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to ensure aligned communication and evidence generation strategy
Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in oncology ecosystem
4. Agile Marketing & Execution Excellence
Demonstrate entrepreneurial and agile mindset to adapt strategies based on market changes
Lead key marketing initiatives including campaigns, events (MB), and multi-channel engagement
Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong logic, structure, and business impact
5. Financial Planning & OPEX Management
Manage marketing budget (OPEX) with strong discipline and ROI mindset
Monitor business performance and optimize resource allocation to maximize impact
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and financial compliance
Qualification Required:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus
2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with solid tumor experience preferred
Proven track record in strategic planning (LRP/AOP) and brand management
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to think structurally, define problems, and drive solutions independently
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
