We are seeking a Product Manager to support our Passive Dosimetry portfolio and help drive customer and business value across the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for portfolio planning, commercialization, pricing support, lifecycle management, market insight, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will partner closely with teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions that improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Passive Dosimetry product portfolio, including demand planning inputs, revenue and margin performance, pricing support, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through customer engagement, market analysis, and collaboration with commercial partners and key accounts.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into product requirements, positioning, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Represent the customer perspective throughout the new product development process, from concept through commercialization.
  • Contribute to product launches by helping define requirements, commercialization strategy, positioning, forecasting, training, and customer communications.
  • Provide product-specific technical and commercial support to field sales teams and channel partners.
  • Contribute to the broader radiation detection product strategy and roadmap.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional teams to support business objectives and successful execution.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product applications, business development, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, positioning, or lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer and market insights into product or service improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound business judgment and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in a science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Experience in radiation detection, dosimetry services, regulated instrumentation, or a related technical B2B market.
  • Experience working in environments that require cross-functional collaboration across quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

Core success factors

  • Customer-focused and market-aware.
  • Able to influence across functions and levels without direct authority.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to build expertise in a specialized product domain.
