As Legal Tech Product Manager, you will enhance GSK Global Legal Operations by delivering innovative tools in domains like document management, contracting, e-billing and data retention. You'll collaborate across legal, compliance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and secure solutions aligned with GSK's values. Key Responsibilities:
Align business, legal, compliance, and technology priorities
Define roadmap, backlog, and drive value-based prioritization
Translate needs into requirements, outcomes, and releases
Lead product delivery with a focus on security
Manage vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Run DTSM and governance processes
Maintain comprehensive documentation
Drive improvements through data, analytics, and automation
Promote adoption of modern technology, such as AI when appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital product management or product ownership
Practical experience delivering digital products end-to-end
Knowledge of data protection, security, and compliance principles for systems
Strong stakeholder management and clear English communication skills
Comfortable working with third-party vendors and internal technology teams
Creativity, innovation drive, and end-user focus
Critical thinking and strong analytical/logical skills
Self-discipline, ownership, and strong time management
Proficiency in Microsoft365
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with legal technology platforms such as contract lifecycle management systems (CLM)
Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulatory stakeholders
Experience with system integrations, APIs, Azure, SQL, authentication methods
Experience with MS PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate
Familiarity with MS Copilot or equivalent tool
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
Product management, agile, or industry-relevant certification
Working arrangement
This role is hybrid with a regular presence in our Poland office. You will work on-site to collaborate with local teams and join virtual meetings with regional and global partners as needed.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 218,250 to PLN 363,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law.
