Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers focused on the Website and Mobile App acquisition domains
Define the overarching product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the entire Acquisition group
Establish a culture of rapid experimentation, continuous A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making within your product group
Design and optimize the end-to-end user journey across Web and App, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial click or app launch to a successful registration
Make key product decisions regarding strategy and growth roadmaps, tightly aligning them with both performance marketing (media buying) and organic (SEO/ASO) efforts
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years in a Lead / Group PM role directly managing other Product Managers
Strong background in FinTech, Trading, GameDev, iGaming, or other B2C products with high-volume user acquisition and aggressive growth targets
Deep expertise in user acquisition funnels, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing frameworks, and onboarding UX (specifically up to the registration phase)
Strong understanding of performance marketing mechanics and paid traffic channels (Meta, CPA networks, etc.), as well as organic growth levers, including Technical SEO (site architecture, core web vitals) and App Store Optimization (ASO)
High proficiency in product analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Strong understanding of UI/UX and ability to make data-informed design decisions
Will be a plus
