  • Translate business goals and complex requirements from Finance, HR, and Accounting into prioritized roadmaps and technical specifications
  • Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations to optimize system health, maintainability, and alignment with long-term architecture
  • Execute the migration strategy for ERP, HCM, and EPM systems, ensuring data integrity and zero downtime for critical operations
  • Ensure financial integrity by meeting rigorous accounting standards, including automated reconciliations and tax compliance
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and eliminate technical debt, moving beyond a simple lift and shift approach
  • Manage end-to-end launches, encompassing everything from QA and testing to rollout and final adoption
  • Support the design and execution of UAT scripts to ensure platforms are Finance-ready for field and internal teams
  • Monitor and drive key performance metrics to improve reliability, scalability, and overall business growth

What we're looking for

  • High level of technical precision and an understanding that absolute data accuracy is critical during complex system migrations
  • Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance (General Ledger, AP/AR, Financial Consolidation, and Payroll workflows)
  • Comfortable working with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs or platform migrations
  • Ability to push back on stakeholders when necessary while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships
  • Motivated by scale, complexity, and the thrill of solving problems that directly impact the company's valuation and operational efficiency

While not required, these are a plus:

  • Experience in Workday, Oracle Fusion, or SAP S/4HANA migrations
