Broadridge is hiring! Our Wealth Aggregation and Insights Team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our data aggregation team. This position will involve working with both product and development teams to help lead, author, coordinate, execute and complete complex internal and external projects.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in various applications story discovery and scoping throughout the life cycle of each code release. This would include, but not limited to, Broadridge’s Wealth Aggregation and Insights application, financial reports, API’s & ETL processes.
· Aid in the design of detailed data mapping and report designs that are specifically linked to defined business requirements ensuring coverage of all relevant business and system functionality.
· Act as liaison between development and testing teams to ensure proper hand-off documentation meets all necessary standards ensuring defects/issues are clarified, understood and resolved.
· Analyze, design, and document new or modified procedures and standards and assist in the development and implementation of metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications.
· Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements with the appropriate sense of urgency.
· Deliver accurate effort estimates for work you're leading and adhere to strict project milestones.
· Daily management of duties throughout the agile project life cycle and provide proactive updates to project leads.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Information Technology or other related fields
· 5+ years of software product design and management within an agile environment
· 5+ years of Financial/Brokerage Services Industry experience is preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
· Ability to understand new concepts and ramp up on new technologies quickly.
· Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
· Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately.
· Knowledge of SaaS applications
· Optional proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries to research, analyze and troubleshoot data.
· Previous experience with Atlassian’s Jira & Confluence products is preferred.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110k -$115k . Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
