What you'll be doing
As a Product Manager – Growth on the Simplii Financial team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by shaping priorities and initiatives that increase our customer base, with a strong focus on paid media and client demand generation. You'll identify and capitalize on growth opportunities using data-driven marketing strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment around shared objectives. Your expertise will help translate business goals into actionable plans that support Simplii’s overall strategy and continued growth. You'll partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, analytics, and operations to execute impactful campaigns, balancing client needs, business objectives, and risk considerations. By leveraging insights from digital campaign analytics and market context, you'll inform decision-making and optimize initiatives for maximum effectiveness. Your contributions will support Simplii’s ongoing expansion and its positive impact within the broader CIBC enterprise.

How you'll succeed
Accelerate business growth through paid media and demand generation – Define and execute priorities that drive customer acquisition and engagement, supporting Simplii’s expansion.
Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities – Use customer insights, market context, and digital analytics to uncover growth potential and inform strategic decisions.
Translate business needs into measurable initiatives – Develop integrated paid media campaigns, optimize funnels, and launch demand generation programs, ensuring alignment around goals and success metrics.
Foster cross-functional collaboration – Partner with internal teams (marketing, digital, analytics, operations) to execute campaigns effectively, balancing client, business, and risk considerations.
Monitor and interpret performance metrics – Track key indicators such as acquisition cost, conversion rates, media ROI, and campaign effectiveness to guide adjustments and improve outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement – Identify ways to optimize paid media channels, simplify processes, test new platforms, and better align activities with business objectives.
Ensure compliance and risk management – Collaborate with compliance, legal, and governance teams to oversee media spend and client outreach, maintaining strong risk and control frameworks.
Stay current on industry trends – Bring fresh perspectives from advancements in digital marketing, media buying, and demand generation to inform planning and decision-making.
Maximize resource effectiveness – Ensure investments in paid media and demand generation deliver meaningful business value and maximize ROI.
Who you are
You have extensive product management experience. You bring strategic planning and project management expertise, ideally from financial services, enabling you to identify, develop, and implement initiatives that drive growth. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities, help you prepare and present material to executive audiences.
