We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager for eCommerce Order and Inventory Management for a 15 month contract. In this pivotal role, you will help shape strategy, ensure financial integrity, and drive seamless product delivery within our dynamic fulfillment team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to report key performance indicators (KPIs) and champion continuous improvement across our order and inventory management processes.
Partner with senior management to define and execute the eCommerce order and inventory management strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Guide the team in crafting data-driven storylines and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with business, digital, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.
Develop solutions to optimize available-to-sell inventory, distribution center utilization, split shipments, automated ordering, and save-the-sale initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
Ensure accurate tracking of product costs across inventory and order management.
Work with finance teams to analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory and order management.
Define, track, and report on KPIs measuring order and inventory management success.
Create dashboards and regular reports to provide operational insights for stakeholders.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between product management, business, digital, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.
Facilitate communication and alignment across departments for cohesive strategy execution.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (required).
2+ years of experience in product management or eCommerce operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
AI literacy: Understanding how AI can optimize inventory, order management, and customer experience.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and financial integrity.
Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, AI) are a plus.

Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $131,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
