This is a key position that that combines vision, strategy, and execution to shape how Betsson and its B2B partners engage and reward customers across multiple markets.
A taster of what you will be involved with
- Working with the area Head of Product, define and communicate the product vision for Betsson’s Campaign and Rewards products, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and B2B partners to set understand impactful goals and translate them into product initiatives.
- Contribute to the product roadmap balancing customer and business value, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Data, and Operations teams ensure seamless delivery of customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer and partner feedback, market insights, and analytics.
- Represent and advocate for Campaign and Rewards products across Betsson, acting as a contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiate, lead, and take product accountability for key strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty and successful CRM.
- Work in close partnership with other product leaders and delivery teams to align priorities, share insights, and drive successful outcomes across multiple projects and strategic initiatives
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for both product success and team performance
Good if You Have:
- 5 + years working in product management, product owner or relevant domain roles.
- Relevant iGaming Experience working with CRM, Rewards, Campaigns, Gamification or other similar customer retention features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
