Job Description

The Product Manager for Avvance Platform and Integrations will lead strategic product management for the Avvance ecosystem, focusing on delivering seamless API-driven integrations with partner platforms and eCommerce systems. This role partners with engineering, business stakeholders, and external partners to define priorities, drive execution, and enable scalable solutions while improving developer experience through streamlined tools, documentation, and processes that accelerate speed-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Align the Avvance platform strategy with business objectives by creating outcome-focused roadmaps, setting clear priorities for features and enhancements, and defining success measures.
•    Enhance developer experience by streamlining tools, documentation, and processes to improve productivity and reduce friction for engineering teams.
•    Maintain the hygiene and scalability of platform APIs, ensuring robust design, version control, and documentation for internal and external integrations, including eCommerce and partner systems, while driving speed-to-market for API-based solutions.
•    Manage and prioritize the product backlog for integrations and platform enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of high-value capabilities.
•    Engage engineering, operations, and partner teams to accelerate speed-to-market and resolve dependencies across initiatives.
•    Oversee end-to-end integration processes with external partners, ensuring compliance with technical standards and operational readiness.
•    Develop and analyze KPIs and integration performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
•    Use Objectives and Key Results to guide roadmap decisions and measure progress against strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Product Management experience

Preferred Skills and Experience
•    5 to 8 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles, ideally involving APIs, integrations, or platform products.
•    Exposure to fintech ecosystems such as payment gateways, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions, and eCommerce platform integrations.
•    Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, including design, documentation, versioning, and integration best practices.
•    Ability to enhance developer experience through streamlined tools, documentation, and processes that accelerate speed-to-market.
•    Skilled in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and performance measurement using KPIs and OKRs.
•    Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in product discovery, persona development, and user journey mapping.
•    Familiarity with point-of-sale lending and digital payment technologies is a plus.
•    Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver product features and integrations.

Location expectations 
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
