Position Overview

As Autodesk continues its strategic shift to cloud platforms, we are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Jira and Confluence Cloud environments, with a secondary focus on scaling the Centercode platform. This role is pivotal in driving user engagement, improving platform usability, and enabling feature innovation across diverse personas including developers, QA engineers, product teams, product managers, designers, and content creators.

 

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute a product strategy for Jira and Confluence Cloud aligned with Autodesk’s cloud-first transformation

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities through user feedback, analytics, and market trends


User Research & Feedback Loops

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user workflows, pain points, and unmet needs

  • Establish continuous feedback mechanisms to inform prioritization and product decisions


Feature Prioritization & Delivery

  • Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and success metrics

  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and program management to deliver high-impact features and usability improvements

  • Drive adoption of new capabilities through targeted enablement and communication strategies


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with internal product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support platform governance, compliance, and lifecycle management

Centercode Platform Enablement

  • Support the scaling of Centercode for product teams, enabling structured beta testing and customer feedback collection

  • Integrate Centercode insights into Jira and Confluence workflows to inform product development

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or internal tooling.

  • Proven experience managing Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence Cloud) and familiarity with Centercode or similar feedback platforms.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a user-first mindset.

  • Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into product improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Intelligence features.

  • Experience in cloud migration, user adoption strategies, and platform governance.

  • Ability to work across global teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
