Job Summary
Overall responsibilities for the success of all product ranges under Core Diagnostics, which includes product pipeline management and forecast, developing promotional materials and marketing programs, organizing product launch activities, developing training materials and conduct training for sales team & conducting product educational talk, speaker program, training, organizing academic functions to medical professionals.
Responsibility for the sales achievement and sales growth in private hospitals by providing solution and technical sales support to ensure customers’ needs are met, to identify opportunities for business within private hospitals while maintaining existing business. The territory mainly included all private hospitals in HK
Job Responsibilities
Identified market TAM and growth potential / segment for new and existing products
Coordinate the development of marketing strategies, plan, advertising and promotion programs and ensure their execution.
Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve the proposed forecast
Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts, education, training and keep informed on needs of the customers.
Organize 3rd party and Abbott owned sponsor event with key market Association, Society with HCP
Conduct marketing activities, conferences, educational talk, speaker program, exhibitions, booth and trade displays as required.
Review the performance of existing product sales by territory and customer as appropriate, submit recommendation for change in the marketing plan to remedy the situation.
Develop promotional materials and marketing programs in accordance with cycle product promotion.
Organize new product launch and all related activities including educational/scientific talk. Speaker programs, product evaluation and training to sales team
Identify new marketing opportunities through routine joint visits with field force. Provide technical/academic information and training to assist field force on product promotion and handling competition.
Responsible for the sales plan achievement for all Private hospitals in HK, develop growth plan for individual hospital per country plan growth expectation
Own and build customer network and relationship with all private hospitals, ensure customer satisfaction and business contract renewal on existing business
Requirements: Education and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Science and related disciplines
At least 3 years product management and marketing experience in healthcare industry and hospital sector
Experience in event management is preferred
Experience in IVD industry is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent speaking of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
