The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Product Management Specialist [Level 8] across Europe region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for CA&E products and platforms, in particular looking after Personalized card linked offers platform and the related solutions.

This role will be an expert on the product(s) of card linked offers solutions and be responsible for ensuring the products / platforms are developed, enhanced and scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the products meet local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure product meet local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that this is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and other cross functional Teams.
Reporting directly to the Regional CA&E Rewards and Offers Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure card linked offers technologies maximize funding pools and facilitate sales customer dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for card linked offers solutions to bring global product to the region, including use cases
• Fuel and understand global roadmap
• Support Product Localization and GTM
• Support / co-lead operatable models
• Lead process design improvements
• Lead reporting modules developments and upgrades
• Close involvement on pilot projects with customers
• Vendor/partner management (when applicable in product design)
Act as Regional SME
• Understand competitive landscape
• Map regional pain points/needs to fuel the entire value proposition
• Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales / Technical Support / Customer Care (as per Product Owner coordination)
• Measure value and articulate impact
• Provide pre-sales / post-launch analytical overview


About You
• A track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions, understanding and implementing / contributing into the value proposition creation.
• Experience launching and scaling products in dynamic environment.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
• Understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
• Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
• International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
• Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures.
