As a Product Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting, structuring, and optimizing our product portfolios structure. You will be responsible for developing product configurations, cost frameworks, and manufacturing readiness plans that ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across the business. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain teams, you will drive the successful implementation of new products (NPI) and continuous improvement across our product lines.
As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning product structuring across the premium casing portfolio, ensuring clear and scalable configurations that support manufacturing, costing, and commercial needs.
Developing and maintaining cost handbooks that provide transparent, data‑driven cost models for quoting, product decisions, and long‑term margin management.
Leading NPI implementation with manufacturing teams, ensuring new designs are production‑ready, cost‑optimized, and aligned with operational capabilities.
Partnering with engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams to define product requirements, manage changes, and support product rationalization.
Conducting technical and commercial reviews to recommend improvements in design, manufacturability, cost, and operational performance.
Supporting customer‑facing teams with product expertise, structured documentation, and technical insights.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensuring alignment with product governance standards, documentation requirements, and lifecycle management processes.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience in product and project management, engineering, or manufacturing within oilfield equipment, tubulars, or related products.
Have 5+ years of experience in product development, operations, or engineering roles.
Have strong analytical capabilities with a focus on cost modeling, product structuring, and process optimization.
Have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and design‑for‑manufacturing principles.
Be comfortable collaborating across global cross‑functional teams and engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Have strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Have experience supporting or leading NPI programs.
